A Secretaria da Fazenda e Planejamento do Estado de São Paulo (Sefaz-SP) comunicou nesta segunda-feira (25) que afastou seis auditores fiscais do governo paulista, como consequência da Operação Ícaro. Esses auditores foram afastados após a instalação de sete processos administrativos disciplinares. Deflagrada no dia 12 de agosto, a Operação Ícaro investiga um esquema de corrupção envolvendo auditores-fiscais tributários Sefaz-SP. O ministro Gilmar Mendes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), decidiu nesta segunda-feira (25) que o Ministério Público e as autoridades policiais não podem fazer a requisição direta de dados de inteligência do Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (Coaf) sem decisão judicial prévia.
